Absolute legend of a fella! James Came out sharpish, sorted the rat problem in no time. Proper sound lad, knew exactly what he was at. Haven’t seen a whisker since. Fair play to him, if you’ve any pests bothering you, this is your man. Wouldn’t go to anyone else
From the outset James was superb. He was responsive, punctual and reliable. He listened to the issue, and suggested a calm and methodical approach to address the problem, but also set expectations that it could take time to be sorted. He was very respectful of the situation in a home environment… he was the first tradesman I ever came across who closed front and back doors behind him. His pricing was fair and reasonable. I hope I never need James again, but if I did I would have no hesitation calling him again.

Unfortunately I have had to deal with other large pest companies over the years. Was never happy as they just charged me crazy money for very minimal help. Was recommended House and Home Pest Control by a friend when we developed a pest problem, this time around and inside our home, and James was the complete opposite. James is a thorough professional and a gentleman to deal with. As others have said here, the price quoted was for the completion of the job and was very competitive. No stone left unturned (or drain or attic hatch for that matter!) and James made many calls and visits until the job was done. His advice and experience is brilliant and we recommended them to our neighbours and they were very satisfied too. Highly recommend.

We have used James on two occasions for wasp nests. As soon as we rang him on both occasions he was with us within a few hours. He monitored where the wasps where each time after putting the powder in. He kept in touch to make sure the wasps were not returning and offered to come back if any sign of them. Rang James about a serious pest control issue that had caused significant damage to the house in a very short period of time. Phoned about a rodent problem and arranged for James to call out the next day. He arrived on time and spent ages checking the house and garden for entry points and blocking up holes, including taking out the cooker to check behind it which was no easy feat. All for a fraction of what I paid to another company a few months ago. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending House and Home, excellent, professional service.

Had a rat issue in the attic. James was on time for all visits, was methodical in his approach eliminating entry points with a step by step process. He returned as advised on each visit and found the area most likely to be the entry point. A trap was fitted to the drain and finally there was silence above our demented heads. We unfortunately had a rat issue. James arrived at our house in Dublin and it could not have been more straightforward. He visited us once a week with updates for 4 weeks and made slight adjustments each time, even doing little patch up jobs to cover certain areas for no extra costs. He was punctual and efficient throughout, I would recommend to anyone for any of the services he offers. Avoid the big companies who request payment even before work has started and offer no guarantee for 2 or 3 times as much money as James is offering.

Ive always had a problem with rats and mice in the attic of my home over the years and thanks to James and persistence, that problem is no longer here. I'm so happy that I called James for our rodent problem!! He was professional, friendly and thorough. He even blocked up holes on the outside of the house, so no more visitors could get in.
